Hi, I’m Sumaty — a trauma-informed personal trainer with a background in mental health, creative practice, and social change.

I support people in building strength that feels sustainable, empowering, and deeply personal. My approach goes beyond physical transformation — it's about creating a relationship with your body that feels safe, self-led, and rooted in care.

Alongside my coaching, I work on public mental health research projects. This knowledge shapes how I train — combining evidence-based insight with compassion, structure, and embodied practice.

Over the years, I’ve coached in women-only gyms, taught fitness in schools, and supported people navigating unemployment through a community charity. These experiences have taught me to meet people where they are — and help them grow from there.

I also draw from my own journey through Olympic weightlifting, HYROX, obstacle course racing, and CrossFit — bringing both challenge and care to every session.
